QC Animal Welfare Center launches mobile clinics

Beginning April 7, the Quad City Animal Welfare Center will host low-cost monthly mobile vaccination clinics in Davenport.

The first clinic is Thursday, April 7, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Zion Lutheran Church, located at 1216 West 8and Davenport Street. The following dates for mobile clinics at Zion Lutheran Church are as follows:

  • Thursday May 5 – 2:00-5:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, June 2 – 2 p.m.-5 p.m.
The Quad City Animal is holding mobile clinics at Zion Lutheran Church in Davenport on April 7, May 5 and June 2

The following vaccines and services will be offered for dogs in the clinics:

  • Distemper/Parvo vaccine
  • Bordetella vaccine
  • Rabbies shot
  • Heartworm test
  • microchip

The following vaccines and services will be offered for cats in the clinics:

  • FVRCP vaccine
  • Rabbies shot
  • microchip

Cats must be in a carrier and dogs must be on a leash.

The Quad City Animal Welfare Center has two locations for all other services:

  • Adoption and Education Center, 724 W. 2n/a Avenue, Milano. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and closed Saturday and Sunday.
  • Spay/Neuter & Wellness Clinic, 612 West 1st Street, Milan. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and closed Saturday and Sunday.
